Returns

We want you to love your TeacherTime journal. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your unused journal within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and have not been used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect when received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
